<p>인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 핸드폰 소액결제로 주문어떤 제품에 대한 환불 방법이 오픈마켓과 소셜커머스 등 유통채널에 준순해 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오픈마켓은 '포인트'로 환불 해주는 반면 소셜커머스와 대형 온/오프라인몰은 계좌로 '현금' 지급하고 있다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 동일한 글로벌 온라인 산업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 적절한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 대부분이다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 증가하고 있다면 구글이 최고로 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 말했다.</p>

<p>지난해 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융선전을 방송통신심의위원회에 신청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 결정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 관계자는 “언론의 보도는 선전으로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단쉽지 않은 면이 있습니다”고 했다.</p>
