youtube account access

I've been locked out of my YouTube account for a week now. It started when I tried to log in on my phone after clearing the app's cache, and suddenly it wanted me to verify my identity through a recovery email I haven't used in years. I've followed every step, submitted ID verification twice, and even tried the account recovery form, but no luck so far. If this keeps up, I might lose access to my channel with all those old videos and playlists.
