Every time it rains, I have to clear the basement of anything I don’t want ruined. The water seeps up through the floor drains and creeps under the shelves, soaking boxes and making the whole place smell damp. I finally bought a dehumidifier and some plastic bins, but it’s so frustrating knowing one good storm could undo all my work.
